Plans & Pricing
Our plans are designed with the athlete in mind. We give you a range of options that will best suit your needs from individual session pricing to monthly pricing. Plans include options for an individualized training plan, one-on-one sessions, and unlimited e-communication. All training plans require a 6 month commitment. Additional a la carte options available.

Commitment window is 6 months. This gives us enough time to help you reach your goals.

If you decide to cancel after your initial commitment, just let us know at least 30 days in advance to avoid paying for the last month.

All programs are custom to the individual athlete and include specific daily sessions for endurance, mobility, recovery and strength training.

All programs also offer advice on nutrition, recovery techniques, mental training strategies and race preparation.

All athletes are expected to train with a heart-rate monitor and a GPS sports watch.
